Yes. DocuSeal produces legally binding electronic signatures compliant with the eSign Act (US), eIDAS (EU) and equivalent regulations in most jurisdictions. Each completed document includes a full audit certificate with timestamps, IP addresses and email verification records.

DocuSeal is open source and free to self-host. The challenge is the setup: server provisioning, Docker configuration, SSL, DNS, email delivery, and getting your templates right. We handle all of that in 24 hours so your IT team does not have to. Most businesses that try to DIY either stall out or end up with a misconfigured system. After we are done, your IT team takes over with full documentation and credentials.
